Q: Can't find all my pictures!

I have plugged in my computer and I opened up the folder through my computer and there are only 11 pictures in there. I looked in my camera roll on my iphone 6 and i have 1,110 pictures on there. How do I get the other 1000 pictures on my computer? I have tried the photo stream, I have tried resetting my settings. I Have made sure my phone was unlocked when I plugged in the phone. I made sure my computer was "trusted."

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
