I've got a mp4 video in DropBox that I want to view in the Video app - but it only opens in Photos, (Camera Roll). How can I get the video to play from the Video app? When I play from Photos the ratio is wrong and the sides are cut off.

Hi! You cannot import a video from the photos/dropbox app to videos. Instead you can import via itunes on a computer, by downloading the video from dropbox, putting it in itunes and syncing it with your device.
And to sort out the ratio so it is not cut off, just double tap the screen while playing the video.

You need to add it to your computer's iTunes library and sync it to the Videos app.
