when i slide to see next vid/pic on my instagram/vine, it goes all the way to the top and when i am in my home screen, i touch my screen and my ipod goes to the search bar. what do i do and how did this happen? also when im in my clash of clans and im attacking a base, i press a spot on the screen aand the screen moves all the way to the bottom right and i cant move it sometimes?

well actually it is every app, no matter of one. When I go into settings and scroll for general, it slides all the way back to the top, and when i put my finger on it, it keeps pulling down like it wants to refresh the settings. I tried restoring it, and it doesn't occur until i set up my ipod and it goes back to default home screen with no apps or anything.
If you successfully restored (went through all steps without error) to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes (Not via Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Setting) and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.
