Error description not available

hello

I have one account for all my devices, one iCloud account, one mail (Mac, iPad and iPhone)

ive updated all of my devices to iOS 9 public beta and Mac for el capitan beta.

Tthe first problem I encountered was message error 'description not available' when I tried to login to Apple Music on my Mac (it worked previously)

i thought it's not a big problem because I could still listen music from my iPhone 5s

today I purchased iPhone 6, which had iOS 8, I tried to restore it to back up from 5s and and when I first turned on iPhone 6 where it days 'create a new Apple ID' or 'use an existing one' I enter my existing Apple ID and password and it wouldn't let me do that and says again 'error description not avaialble'.

OK, then I tried make a back up from iTunes connecting a phone to a Mac It worked!! But then when I tried to use Apple Music with the same Apple id, it says again 'error description not available'

what is the problem? Is it beta which is not stable or problem with my Apple ID?

what can you suggest?

Hey krllpkv,

here is a solution that worked fine for me:

First try to log in to your iTunes account with your current apple password. After this was declined with "Error description not available" you need to click on "Allow". Just type the 6-digit-code shown in the next window right after your password and press enter. Voila... you are logged in 🙂

Example:

Your current password is "thisismypassword"

Your given 2-factor code is 125 521.

You need to log in with the password "thisismypassword125521"

I hope this problem gets solved in the next release...

Thanks a lot!

it worked for Apple music and App Store, but when I erased my iPhone 6 and tried to make a back up again it again says 'error'. I see a verification code, but I cant see where can enter it on iPhone 6. i can just press ok and then nothing happens, the list of back up gets stuck and touch screen wouldn't work And I can only press home button to start again, to load the phone from the very start (choosing languages and stuf)
