A file with audio profile: aac ltp is not being played by Quicktime player.

A file with audio profile: aac ltp is being played perfectly by VLC media player.

However when the file is played by Quicktime ( version 10.3) , audio part is not being played.

Does Quicktime support AAC LTP ?

MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5), Quicktime player
