Macbook Pro flash storage firmware update problems

This update caused performance issues on my 15 inch Macbook Pro retina mid 2015 running El Capitan preview and caused my bootcamp drive to not boot at all. If I did not back up my mac before the update, what should I do?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4), it is running El Capitan Public Bet

Please post the output of

diskutil list

diskutil cs list

sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0

sudo fdisk /dev/disk0

The "sudo" commands will prompt for your password, and it will not be echoed back. You may also see a warning about improper use of "sudo" and potential data loss due to "abuse" of the command.
