Q: It appears I have two ID's with the same email and password

I'm trying to resolve an iCloud library issue I have. I cancelled iCloud on the 11th of June but have decided to keep using it. I had the countdown of days remaining on all devices. I have now turned that off so I can continue to use iCloud Photo library but my Mac and iPad are in sync with photos but only until the 11th of June but my phone only has photos on it from the 24th of June.

 

I am logged into both with the same email address and the same password but the profile pics on my iMac and iPad are the same but it's different on my iPhone. It looks like it's two separate Apple ID's but it is only one. The clue is in the fact the profile pics are different. As it stands no photos I take with my phone will sync to other devices.

 

I have just tried to take a pic on my iPad to see if it will sync with the mac which has the same photo and same email address for Apple ID and that won't sync either even though they have both pulled the same photos from the cloud. (All different from the iPhone photos though).

 

Any help would be appreciated.
