I cannot connect to Itunes as I need to enter my passcode but as I have no screen how can I bypass this.
I also need to forward my calls to another phone but again with a completely smashed screen how can I do this?

You can't bypass it. It's too late for that.
As for forwarding your calls, contact your carrier. They should be able to do that on their end.

No. It can not be bypassed. The data on the phone is encrypted. If it could be bypassed, the passcode lock would serve no purpose at all.
KiltedTim is correct... Would render the passcode security useless.
LG has this thing called on-screen phone app. It displays your phone screen on your computer and thus allows you to enter your password even if your screen is smashed. It's awesome. Apple should release similar app ASAP.

When you last charged your iPhone it should have been backed up
To iCloud .
When you get replacement iphone or repair just use apple ID to
Get apps & data back .

This will, of course, only work if iCloud back up was enabled.

Sorry, but it DOES have to be an iPhone. AND you need to have an iCloud backup. There is NO DATA stored on the SIM card, so you cannot use it to transfer data from one phone to another.
