Help with mail settings

someone has put a photo into my mail header and I can't delete it. Does anyone know how to do this

Are you talking about the little image showing in an email like this:

If so, open your Contacts app and click on your own name/card. Click Edit, highlight the image and hit the delete key. It'll be gone from your email window. FWIW, that image is not sent with your email - it's just so you can easily recognize your own emails.
