iPad discharging even when plugged in to OEM charger
I have an iPad 4th Generation with wifi + cellular that has worked very well. Recently, however, the battery is discharging quickly, even with little use. I don't get a whole day out of the battery. Now, when I plug in the iPad, if I use it at all while it is plugged in, the battery continues to discharge. I have tried it with multiple Apple OEM chargers, so it is definitely not the charger. The only changes that I can think of recently to the iPad are the IOS upgrade (8.4) and the use of Apple Music. I have turned off Apple Music.
I would have thought the obvious - bad battery - but the fact that it will charge if it's not being used or if it is turned off makes me think it's something else. As we all know, the iPad does not use the battery (theoretically) when it is plugged in.
Any help is appreciated.
