Q: Where can I send my Apple products if they don't work?
My family has a couple iPods that DO NOT work. We think it's a battery issue. My dad wants to get rid of them, but we don't know who or where to give them to, to either be repaired or sold. Suggestions?
If available to your country you could go to the Apple Store to ask for cost of repairs. If you want to sell them eBay or Craigslist is a good place, just make sure you warn people that they dont work
