How to cancel my iCloud: 200 GB Storage Plan. I lost my iphone 6 plus gold

I lost my iphone 6 plus gold and I need to cancel my iCloud: 200 GB Storage Plan because I have been charged.

I already blocked my phone wiith the advice "Lost My Phone".I just need to know how I reply them.
