Can't hear when person calls my FaceTime on iPad Air 2

In the last week or two I've tried to answer phone calls with my iPad when I couldn't get to my phone in time, but i can't hear the person on the other line and they can't hear me. However if I call out they can hear me and I can hear them. This is strictly audio only. The video portion of FaceTime works fine. Thanks for any feedback.

Hey dhargo,

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, when you receive a call on the iPad you and the caller cannot hear each other. If you call both of you can hear each other. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
