My old IPod Shuffle is damaged. Therefore i called Aplle and they sent a new one. But I have to send the damaged one back in 10 days.
This is okay - but there is no return label - as promised - in that parcel.
If it is an express replacement, the label should be UNDER the original shipping label. However, iPods don't normally come with shipping labels. You should call applecare and give them your repair ID or case number and have them tell you if one was supposed to be sent.
