Does anyone know how to cancel the 30 free trail of Showtime? The ap was deleted. Any help is appreciated.

If it's an iTunes auto-renewing subscription then there are instructions on this page for managing and stopping subscriptions : Manage your auto-renewing subscriptions.

Perhaps this means that the subscription went away with the Ap? I have also removed my credit card information fro iTunes.
Deleting an app doesn't shouldn't any auto-renewing subscriptions that may be active in it. You only have the one iTunes account ? If you do, and as you say the Subscriptions section isn't showing (it will only show on an account if you have subscriptions on the account), you could double-check with iTunes Support to see if they can see a subscription to it (and stop it auto-renewing if they do) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
