I accidentally deleted my car from my Bluetooth and now I can't get it back on?

When I got the apple watch, I had so many devices connect to my Bluetooth phone so I deleted a few. I accidentally deleted my car's Bluetooth and now I can't get it back. I don't think it's an issue with my car because another friend of mine... their car was connected to my phone as well and I couldn't connect again to their car either? Is there some sort of Bluetooth reset?
