Is there a way to be notified if your app/iTunes account is blocked?

On occasion I find I can't connect to the iTunes/App store. Sometimes it is because my account is blocked - maybe from having it open on more than one device. But there is no current mechanism to tell you or to fiind out that the account is blocked. The user has to find out by process of elimination.

Is there an easier way of finding out? Is a notication possible?
