Windows 7 iCloud Photostream is 4 months old

Any ideas on how to get updated an updated photostream from my iPhone/iCloud?? What's the point of the windows iCloud app if it's only showing my photos from March, here I am in July?!?! Fine, I will plug in my lightning cable since the technlogy is pointless as usual.
