Zoho issues with Apple mail

Hello,


I am trying to configure my Zoho mail account to Apple Mail. It is not working. It seems to need more information (perhaps a path prefix?) than is shown in the tutorial (<www.zoho.com/mail/help/apple-mac-imap.html>).


After plugging in the info for the incoming mail server info, it simply reads "additional account information required". When I then click next, it wants me to plug in path prefix (which I left open), port (I put 993 and use SSL), and authentication (I chose password from the dropdown menu). This is perhaps where the problem lies? What should I put here?


When I then click next, I again just plug in the info from your tutorial.


When I open the connection doctor in Apple Mail, it is the IMAP connection that is listed as red and failed. It says to verify that the username and password are correct. I have completed this process several times, and made sure that the username and password are correct. Please help. Thanks in advance.
