    Hi Jeffry

Have you tried a force restart?

"You should force restart your device as a last resort and only if it's not responding. To force restart your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo."

It is normal for it to ask for the passcode.

What happens after you enter the passcode?

to jonathan, when this happen my iPhone was already unpair with the watch. this because i turn on the apps that to shut off the screen u just double tap on the screen.  to turn it on again i just have to tap twice at the screen again. but it just won"t turn the screen back on. that"s why i can't access the apps in my watch from my phone because it needs to be pair again.  but i would be able to pair the two of them if the screen on the watch is off

i couldn't enter the passcode since the screen is off. can't press the number for the passcode. I'm hoping that"s a why to reset the watch to the factory setting beside the hard reboot

I am a little confused regarding whether your Apple Watch is unpaired or not.

I suggest that you use your complimentary Apple support:

honestly after the great steve jobs passed away, may he rest in peace. i'm really disappointed with the quality control of the product that apple launch. mostly software wise.  too many bugs. that almost never happens happens under steve. i guess steve is not only has the greatest consumer insight, but he has to make sure that everything is perfect before he even consider releasing to the world. that"s why apple is the most valuable brand in the world during steve"s time. now is either no 2 or no 3 most trusted and valuable brand in the world. after OS8 and now iwatch. is downhill from here. please mr. cook. i know u are a great businessman  but profit doesn't come first. commitment to perfection was the drive to earn the trust of the consumer. that"s why i"ve always been an apple user. never even cross my mind to try android or windows os and any other for that matter.  but honestly speaking right now i"m really disappointed with the QC of the  products and operating system that u mr.cook release to the market just because have to make the most profit possible.

REMEMBER TRUST IS EARN OVER TIME AND YOUR MARGIN WILL BE BIGGER IF THEY BELIEVE IN YOUR PRODUCTS.

just hate to see the company that produce the innovation and gadgets that change my life would slowly deteriorate just because trying to make as much profit as possible by releasing products that"s not even fit to be in the market. definitely not under mr jobs

    Just sharing my thoughts
