I host my podcast on Souncloud - all the episodes are in iTunes except the latest one. Any idea why this particular episode is not appearing in iTunes?
No ideas at all. However if you care to post the URLs both of your iTunes Store page and your feed it's possible I may be able to offer some suggestions (no promises). Without this information one is completely in the dark.

What you posted as the 'feed' isn't the feed, it's your Soundcloud web page. Your feed is at
http://feeds.soundcloud.com/users/soundcloud:users:146227454/sounds.rss
Wings of Desire is not in the feed (though it is in the web page), and so is not going to appear in iTunes, which does show all the episodes in the feed.
You're the third person in two days to have a similar situation, so either a) there is something which all of you have failed to do, which you did with earlier episodes, to get the episode(s) into the feed, or b) something is wrong at Soundcloud in the process of making the feed. Either way it's something you will have to deal with at Soundcloud - it's not an iTunes problem.
If you find the solution please post it as it may help others.
This is a soundcloud glitch! You just have to re-upload the file. Thanks for your help!

Thank you for posting that - now we know. This underlines the importance of checking your feed when you add an episode - the best way is by subscribing in iTunes and making sure the new episode is there.
