Q: Turn off activation (not iCloud's activation lock !) at iPhone startup

Hi there,

Since I bought my new iPhone 6, I didn't reboot it very often so I did not remark this straight away. When I reboot my iPhone, having turned off the 'Find my iPhone' button in iCloud, every time it starts, I needs to be activated (over wifi or 3G/4G) contacting Apple servers.

But then, as I go quite often to the mountains, I cannot turn it off because I know it will be useless until I have an internet connection.

Do you know why I have this, and how can I turn this annoying thing off ? I don't know how it is possible to design something as annoying as this. It's very often that my iPhone needs to be restarted and then it is useless till I have some wifi or 3G...

I stress again that iCloud is not activated (it doesn't ask me for my iCloud's login/password).

Thanks for any help.
