Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities.
It seems like when your iPhone 6 restarts, it needs to contact Apple servers to be activated again. Activation shouldn't be required every time your iPhone restarts. I can see how this would be annoying, as well as problematic when a data connection isn't available.
In this case, I'd recommend starting with the following advice from If you can't activate your iPhone:
- Contact your carrier to check for network or activation issues, or if necessary, to replace your SIM card.
- Use recovery mode to restore your iPhone.
- If restoring your iPhone still doesn't work because of an activation error, contact Apple Support.
Be sure to back up your iPhone using iCloud or iTunes before restoring. See How to back up your devices using iCloud or iTunes for more information.
Sincerely.

i'll try what you suggested, especially the part for the sim card (I have a dual sim adaptor, maybe it's interfering with activation).
