Airdrop on my ipad air doesn't work with my iphone 6

i can' t share my photos & data with my iphone 6, ipad air & my macbook because of my airdrop problems. Before update ios in my tree apple productes i could, but now after updating, my airdrop can not find my ipad & doesn' t work. What can i do?
