Q: My call log is showing up on other phones on my Apple ID. How can I fix this?

BEFORE ANSWERING READ THIS.

I have looked and looked and not one solution has helped. I do not want to call Apple either. My experience with their customer service has always gotten me nowhere.

My parents and I all have the iPhone 6 updated to IOS 8.4 and my sister has a  iPhone 5c updated to IOS 8.4.

We all are on the same Apple ID due to using the same card for purchases.

I have already done the following on all phones.

Facetime -- iPhone Cellular Calls -- turned off

General -- Handoff and Suggested Apps -- Handoff is turned off

Every time someone has this problem on here it somehow is magically answered with these two suggestions. Please if you have an answer, I would greatly appreciate it!

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4

Don't share Apple IDs between different people. That's the fundamental cause of your issue.

One simple soloution, have your own apple acc. I have the iPhone, iPad and watch. They are all linked and when I use iMessage they will all have the same on each. So that's kinda how the apple acc works. Pretty easy to create an account with your email and have your parents put their card on your account. They can still see your spending anyway. Good luck

Apple has created Family Sharing for just this scenario. You each have your own Apple ID but you can share purchases.

It's still new enough that we tend to forget about it.
