Transcription Program through Quicktime

I remember reading about a year ago a posting somewhere about a nifty little Mac application that used quicktime to view video files and also had a little page beside it to let you type up a transcription file. It had tons of great features (e.g. timecode notation). But for the life of me I've been searching EVERYWHERE for it.

From what I recall it had a cool/clever name (example: QTranscribe (note not the actual name)), it was a 100% mac software application (no fancy hardware like a foot pedal), and at the time i saw it a year ago it was a free Beta download. it's driving me insane that the most amazing software i found i:
a) didn't download
b) didn't bookmark the link
c) forgot everything about it

hopefully this sounds familiar to somebody out there...
