I am trying to play assassins creed 2 on my Mac and when i load the game from steam it only shows half of the game play on the bottom of my Macbook screen. Any ideas how to fix this?

This is what the App Store says about Assassin's Creed 2. Just below the price on the left, it says:
"MacBook Air and MacBook Pro 13" are not compatible with this game."

My Macbook wont show Assassins Creed in a Full screen. Any ideas?
