Q: Digital crown doesn't scroll

Hi!

I woke up this morning and put my watch on.. Nobody touched it during the night..

It worked perfect yesterday, but today the digital crown doesn't scroll anymore..

The push functionality works, but the scrolling part doesn't work..

I've tried turning the watch off and then on again.. Didn't work..

I've tried to reinstall the watch by reseting it.. Didn't work..

I've tried the recommended washing.. Didn't work..

I don't know what else to do.. Please.. Can anybody help me out with this??
I really love the watch..

Thank you in advance..

/N

Sorry but this link doesn't load.

I have developed the same problem over several days.  First noticed unresponsiveness to scrolling, then to the touch screen.  Carefully cleaned the screen with a soft cloth, turned off and back on, tried soft reset by holding down both side buttons.  The WORST part is the part of the screen that is not responsive (seems sides are worse than the middle) contains one of my log in numbers!  Couldn't unlock it this morning.I turned on my watch and was pushing buttons all over, none that was associated with my lock screen number, and suddenly it unlocked!  This was very disconcerting.

There is still limited use of parts of the screen.  Could not adjust the calories for my exercise this morning.  Extremely concerning as this watch was purchased only last month when on vacation, and there are no local Apple stores.
