Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I can not log in to my ipad...it is locked for security. I am having trouble resetting the password for the @me account

I have to sign into my icloud to update apps on my ipad. The log in is the @me account. I can't reset that password because I don't know where to check the e-mail to reset it

Unless you had put a rescue email address on the account then the reset email will go to the @me.com email account. You should be able to reset the password by answering the account's security questions on http://iforgot.apple.com


If you can't then contact Support in your country, as they can confirm your id and that it's your account then they should be able to reset the password (and security questions) : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support

If your country isn't on that page then try this for to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
