Q: Many compounding issues with iTunes Match and iCloud Music Library

So many issues I don't even know where to start. Multiple iOS Reps are not being responsive. Been struggling with iTunes Match since last year.

Ever since upgrading to 12.2.1.16, my iTunes Library self-destructed. First it added album ratings to dozens of albums (including Unknown Albums) that forced thousands of songs into my smart playlists. It wouldn't let me change or adjust the album ratings - all greyed out and bounce back if I try.

Then it stopped syncing between devices. In My Top Rated (5 stars) I'd have anywhere from 592, to 1736, to 2066 songs.

A few days ago it stopped streaming entirely - my entire library just disappeared for an entire day. Eventually reappeared.

This morning all of my song ratings disappeared, when the ghost album ratings are still there. My iPhone lost all of its playlists, despite being signed into iCloud. It also is only displaying around 100 random songs sampled from my library of nearly 10,000. None of them are supposedly Ma[d]e Offline, none of them have Remove Download. But they all play immediately without buffering - so they must be on my phone.

I'm sitting here writing this not even touching iTunes and the numbers of songs in my iTunes keeps fluctuating.

So incredibly frustrating. I basically throw money at Apple -

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

UPDATE: I followed the corrupted library instructions Apple posted here

    https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204964

When I went to restore my library, it only restored 62 songs out of like 10,000.

I spent the rest of the day meticulously cleaning up my files, creating a new itl file, and letting iTunes Match analyze and upload again. I deleted my iCloud Music Library and made sure it was EMPTY and turned off on all of my devices before moving forward.

When I finally had it all uploaded on my master computer, I turned on iCloud Music Library on my laptop. It corrupted the entire new library as well.

This just took me 10 hours, and I lost dozens of songs in the process.

    I want my money back.

I'm having the same problem after the same iTunes upgrade. My smart playlists are absolutely wrecked and it's essentially ruined how I manage my music library.

Same for me, the whole thing is a complete shambles. I paid my money for iTunes Match, I will not be renewing.
