Q: My iPhone 6 won't receive calls or texts but can make them anyone have any ideas if it's the phone or the carrier.

i Upgraded from a 5 to a 6 last week. It was fine until yesterday and now I can't receive calls or texts. I think it might be EE but they didn't call me back when they were supposed to so I'm still stuck with a phone that doesn't work. I've taken sim out and in. Switched it off like a hundred times and nothing. Any ideas?

    I understand that you are having an issue receiving calls and messages and seems to appear that these are related because they both presented at the same time. I realize how frustrating situations like this can be and can see that you have tried a lot of troubleshooting on your own already.
