I am unable to verify my iCloud Keychain..!!

hello everyone..!!

one day I logged out from my iCloud account to use another iCloud ID.

when I logged back in everything was fine but I was unable to verify my iCloud Keychain..!!

when I go to settings > iCloud > keychain, I get a pending in front of it.

when I get in this option it gives the option to approve with security code.

when do that it asks for iCloud password and then security code which is a four digit no.

then it asks for the verification code sent to my mobile no. When I enter that no. It tries to verify but cannot do that..!!

it is stuck in the verification process and the wheel keeps on rotating..!

if anyone can help in this weird situation I will appreciate..!!
