When to charge the battery on a new iphone 5s

When it is a new iphone, should you let the battery completely die, before charging it, in order to preserve the battery, or can you charge when it is almost dead?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7

You can charge at any time, for any amount of time, however do NOT continually deplete the battery to low levels.

Never let a battery completely die or you may not be able to recharge it. My practice is to recharge when the battery is between 10 and 20%.

Hi

The battery wil be ok the new battery you can charge any time.

They dont have a problem like the old ones.

I just charge over night iphone/ iPad

Thank you so much. So 16% is a good time to charge. I get conflicting information off the internet, that is why I came here. Thanks again! It is my first iphone, and I don't want to mess it up. 😉
