I get a message saying I need to "Contact Customer Support" every time I go to purchase music in iTunes? Why???
Ever since this new iTunes 3 month trial started (which I am participating in) when I go to purchase music on iTunes - I get a message telling me that I can't purchase music and to contact Customer Support? I did contact them (via email which took several days) the last time & they said they fixed something in my account, but now it is doing it again - any ideas anyone?
iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4, iPad & Desktop too
