It was a genuine email from Apple, not a phishing attempt trying to get your account and payment details ?

Phishing and similar emails : Phishing & Other Suspicious Emails

Genuine iTunes emails : Identifying legitimate emails from the iTunes Store - Apple Support

Viewing your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support (on an iOS device you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com)

If it's a genuine email and it shows on your account's purchase history, and nobody else has access to your account or devices/computers, then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ . And change your account's password e.g. by logging into the account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, or via the 'manage your apple id' button on http://appleid.apple.com - after changing it you may need to log out and back into the account on any iOS devices that you have : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support.

If it is a phishing email then forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.

If it's a phishing attempt and you clicked on the link in the email and entered your account id and password then change your password immediately (.

I have received an invoice for a Music Membership £33.99. which I have not purchased, for monthly subscription.

The e-mail states that it is from Ronald's iPhone ? I have no knowledge of this .IS THIS A PHISHING OR SCAM.???

Dated 14 September 2016 quotes a sequence Number: 1-8527493817 also a document Number : 8005002719384281

I wish to cancel this unknown purchase.

Please can you help me or cancel with Apple yourself. I am very annoyed at this and will be cancelling my account with Apple.
