    Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

     

    I understand that your goal is to sync data from iTunes in your computer to your iPhone, but you are having an authorization/deauthorization issue. The attached article below explains how to deauthorize your computer with iTunes if that is where you are having trouble.

    If yo need further assistance, please let me know why you are trying to deauthorize and what error you are receiving. Are you having trouble syncing without deauthorizing or are you unfamiliar with the syncing process?
