Upgrading to Icloud 4.1

When I go to update to Icloud 4.1 I get message offering choice of uninstalling Icloud or repairing Icloud. Which should I choose.

It seems odd that apple will not answer this question. I have been searching the internet for an answer and the question has been out there for months.

I also have this question. Apple just does NOT seem to care about their customers! I have been on hold for the 'helpdesk' for some 40 minutes now..... will post an answer if i get one!
