Youtube goes to black screen in full screen - I have tried resetting things

I go to watch something full screen in YouTube and if I don't keep the cursor moving it will go to black. I have erased data and done other things I have found on the Internet. Why is this happening and how to fix it?

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.

Click: Remove All Website Data

Then open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Advanced tab.

Click Delete All under Browsing Data and Settings

Now empty the Safari cache.

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Advanced tab.

Select: Show Develop menu in menu bar

Now click Develop from the menu bar. From the drop down menu click Empty Caches.

Quit and relaunch Safari then try a video.
