Can I use the same credit card for two apple IDs?
I am trying to make a new Apple ID for one of my kids but I already have an apple ID for myself, can I use the same credit card on both?

Yes, my advice is to setup Family Sharing. You will be the "organizer" and all of your kids can have their own apple ID's. All purchases made by your kids will need to be confirmed by you (you will get notification) and they will all be paid off your credit card. Not sure if you are male or female, but your husband or wife will be added as a "Parent/Guardian" and they will also have the ability to approve purchases. The other benefit is all family members can share apps/music that was purchased (does not matter on which account) at no additional cost.
