photo sharing preferences in iTunes for apple tv gets spinning wheel

I updated my computer and now I can't access photo sharing in iTunes all I'm get is a spinning wheel. Ive tried rebooting and making sure all my programs are up to date and various other simple fixes with no luck.

iPhoto '11, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
