My macbook early 2015 is sometimes over heating, what can i do?

Last week, i bought macbook early 2015, 12 inch. One of the problems is overheating sometimes. What can i do to solve this issue?
MacBook, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
Use the Activity Monitor app to identify what applications might be using excessive cpu cycles, that's what produces the heat.
