Why does iTunes say it cannot find my Nano even it shows on the screen
I have uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled 3 times. My Nano shows on the screen, but it still says it cannot be found. Another problem is, I have to restart the Acer computer with Windows 7each time before iTunes will start. Please help.
iPod nano, Windows 7, iPod 6th gen
