Import audio from cassette player to 2014 iMac

I want to import the audio from my old cassette tapes into my late 2014 iMac running Yosemite 10.10.4. A search of the forums hasn't thrown up any suggestions. The iMac does NOT have a line-in port, only USB so I can't use an RCA to line-in plug cable as I used previously. I have used Audacity as the software to import to the Mac. So the question is what do I need to use to connect the cassette player to the iMac?

Can I use an RCA (only using the red and white plugs, not the yellow) to USB cable? Or do I need some type of converter?

most tvtuners would also support minijack audio input you can capture

For software you may want to try Toaster Spin Doctor. I have used it for vinyl & cassette conversion. Toaster itself will make burning to CD easy. Check out their web site.

Thanks for the replies. I will need to acquire some hardware to make the connection as suggested by kaz-k. I actually have a version of Spin Doctor with Toast 9 so I'll have a look.
