I deleted some files from my MacBook that I don't know about in order to clean it. But when I tried to start it up it won't start. Only Apple logo and the loading sign appear, obviously i made a mistake.. How can i fix it?

From the sound lof it hyou have managed to delete some essential system files. You will have to reinstall the system from either the original disks if applicable, or from the recovery method, depending on which system you have (had).
Restore OS X using OS X Recovery.
