Ipad 3 I have lost my URL bar I can access via Kadaza but I cannot find anything suggested by the community. Have tried turning off but no joy.

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.6

Perhaps you have enabled the Zoom feature.

Double tap three fingers to zoom in or out.

That feature is available in Settings > General > Accessibility
