Why is their third album not available?
They only had 3 albums...
Ridiculous. It's available on iTunes, but not Apple Music.
Apple Music is a subset of iTunes - not all artists permit the music available thru iTunes to be made available thru Apple Music.
Okay, but The Jimi Hendrix Experience is the same band... They just don't have their third album on Apple Music. I had to pay $9.99 for it through iTunes, which is fine, but it makes paying $9.99/month for Apple Music not as worth it...
Unlike some artists, Hendrix's catalog is not a unified whole in terms of copyright and publishing ownership. Evidently Apple could not come ton an agreement with all parties when it came to including it in the Apple Music service. This is not a situation exclusive to Apple. Most music services have missing titles for the same reason reason.
