Nope.
The Logic Remote app is "control surface" and not an audio interface. It does not process (send/receive) audio signals. It will only send/receive control signals (parameter values). Therefore, if there is not audio coming from Logic to your Logic Remote on your iPad, then you cannot listen to such an audio signal on that said iPad.

Its worth noting you can use Airfoil to stream audio from a Mac to an IOS device.. but the latency is pretty bad rendering it almost useless for real time work....
