I cannot get a refund for an app
I purchased an app but I'm not happy with it. Its too easy to play and its boring...it was £2.30 and I don't think it was worth it.
I go in itunes and find my recent purchases then I hit 'report a problem' as directed by this website I found.
When I try to login with my appleID and password on page that appears in my browser the page just refreshes and nothing happens except the password box is now blank.
I've tried 2 different browsers.
Can someone please help?
