I cannot get a refund for an app

I purchased an app but I'm not happy with it. Its too easy to play and its boring...it was £2.30 and I don't think it was worth it.

I go in itunes and find my recent purchases then I hit 'report a problem' as directed by this website I found.

When I try to login with my appleID and password on page that appears in my browser the page just refreshes and nothing happens except the password box is now blank.


I've tried 2 different browsers.


Can someone please help?

You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund no matter what reason you may have.

You may decide that my reasons are not valid but nonetheless I am entitled to a refund per app store policy in the UK.

I felt the game was not worth the money...the gameplay is 1 dimensional and dull and I beat it literally within my first 2 goes.


Now if perhaps you had some knowledge of app store policy in the UK you wouldn't have written that post...maybe you could have tried answering my main question instead of doubting my integrity.
