I was recently emailed an iTunes gift card, however, whenever I click redeem, I just takes me to iTunes without crediting my account.I have used two different browsers (chrome & safari) and it hasn't worked on either. Does anyone know what I should do?

I've found a way to redeem this manual for anyone else's benefit:
1. In the email, right-click (secondary-click) on the 'redeem' button and click 'copy link'
2. Paste this link anywhere so you are able to read it
3. Locate the part of the URL that says 'freeProductCodeWizard?code='
4. Copy the code after the equals sign (up until '&mt')
5. Go to iTunes and paste this code where you would usually redeem gift card codes.
