My Photo Stream stop working in Photos

It's been a week. Photos available in the Photo Stream shown up in iPhone, but not in OSX Photos. I turned on/off the Photo Stream option; it sometimes refreshed with a couple of new photos, but there are around one hundred photos still missing.

Is it a bug that Apple is working on? I cannot find a solution online so far.

Any help is appreciated.
