Mac keeps restarting

Late 2013 Mac, 3.2.ghz. Added two 8 gig ram chips to the existing two 4 gig chips. Random system restarts. Ran Memtest numerous times and it says all the memory OK. I moved the 4 gig chips from slots 1 and 3 to slots 2 and 4. Put the 8 gig chips in the 1 and 3 slots. Here is the system report:
